Gorsey Lane, St Helens

PUBLIC CONSULTATION

Welcome

Taylor Wimpey invites you to take part in a public consultation in relation to a proposed residential development on land at Gorsey Lane, St Helens.

Taylor Wimpey is proposing to deliver around 220 high-quality and energy efficient homes and associated infrastructure on the site.  The proposed development site forms part of a much wider allocation known as Bold Forest Garden Suburb and will form one of the initial phases of this development.  The scheme will provide areas of public open space and landscape features that will form part of an integrated green infrastructure network, including Local Areas for Play (LAP) and other areas of open space.

This website presents details of the proposed development and provides you with the opportunity to make comments on the scheme.

Once this process is concluded, an outline planning application will be submitted to St Helen’s Metropolitan Borough Council in Autumn 2025.
